This event features a mixing hour and an authentic West African buffet with a presentation and live auction. A drum performance will end the evening. Proceeds benefit the West African Vocational Schools (WAVS), which equips young women and men in Guinea-Bissau with life-changing job skills.

Join the Fresno County Sheriff’s Jeep Rescue Unit for its annual Oktoberfest Dinner. The Jeep Rescue Unit augments and supports the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office by responding to search and rescue operations, fires, floods, and other disasters. Enjoy a festive Oktoberfest atmosphere while supporting a vital community resource.

Get your walking shoes ready and help raise awareness for bully-breeds and responsible dog owners everywhere. Wear your dogs out with a 2 mile walk around Woodward Park. Dress your doggie up in their best Halloween costume, and after the walk, take your dog around trick-or-treating at the great vendor booths.
