Community Calendar

The Fresno Arts Council invites the community to the 13th Annual “Arts Alive in Agriculture,” a juried art exhibition. The exhibit is an annual competition that honors the agricultural roots, resources, and traditions of the ethnically diverse communities that produce food in the Central Valley. The event will include an opening night reception with food, drinks, live music, art, and fun.

Step into the hilarious, high-energy world of Bugsy Malone! Set in a playful 1920s gangster universe, this musical comedy features rival mobsters, dazzling showgirls, unforgettable songs, and the famous splurge-gun showdowns. Performed by the talented young cast of Children’s Musical Theaterworks, this fast-paced production delivers big laughs, catchy music, and family-friendly fun.

Visit Sumner Peck Ranch for the final season of U-Pick. Come get your fill of citrus before it's gone. Enjoy picking navel oranges, blood oranges, pomelos, Minneola tangelos, mandarins, and lemons all at $1.50 per pound.

Participants will learn about the art of bonsai and make their own bonsai to take home with them with clear and simple instructions for bonsai care. All tools and materials for the class will be provided. Taught by members of the Clark Bonsai Museum’s Curatorial Team Class.

This exhibition explores the layered structures of reality through imagery inspired
by cosmology and particle physics. Reflecting contemporary theories that
suggest additional dimensions beyond our familiar three-dimensional space
and time, the work examines the origins and interconnectedness of matter,
form, and perception.
