After getting kicked out of the police academy, Alfred Robles rose to become one of the hottest young comedians in the country. Two years into his comedy career, Alfred was featured in the hit show "Loco Comedy Jam" and the Latino Laugh Festival. Beyond the Bridge is an ambitious documentary film about solutions to homelessness. A Bigger Vision Films team traveled over 40,000 miles around the US to answer how can this country solve homelessness in a comprehensive way. There will be drinks and appetizers before the film, and a moderated panel after.

Saxophonists Tim Shaghoian and Larry Honda present: “A Musical Friendship”. Tim Shaghoian returns to Fresno playing tenor sax along with his former teacher, mentor and friend Larry Honda. Together they will explore compositions that Tim has released on CD and performs with his own groups in LA. Tim and Larry will be joined by Rick Helzer on piano, John Lauffenburger on bass and Gary Newmark on drums.
Abuse can look different in each and every case. This workshop will bring four community partners to provide information on how to work with them regarding concerns, what signs to look out for to help protect your loved ones, what preventative measures you can take, and much more.
