Fresno native Ryan Christopher Jones is a photojournalist whose work documenting the Central Valley has run in publications like the New York Times and The Atlantic. Yesterday it was announced that he is the recipient of this year’s prestigious American Mosaic Journalism Prize, which comes with an unrestricted cash award of $100,000. Valley Edition host Kathleen Schock caught up with Jones to get his reaction to the big news.
