What contributes to a home’s survivability in a wildfire? New research from UC Merced looks at the factors that can determine how structures can be more resilient. We speak to Mukesh Kumar, a post-doctoral scientist who led the research and John Abatzoglou, a professor of climatology at UC Merced.
