“Excursions” by Aaron Gomes will open Thursday, January 2, 2025 and run through Saturday, January 4, 2025. An opening reception with live music composed and performed by the artist will be held on Friday, January 3rd from 5:00 – 7:30 pm. An Artist Talk exploring the artwork will be free and open to the public Saturday, January 4 at 2:00 pm. Aaron Gomes’ whimsical minimalist line paintings aim to celebrate freedom and spontaneity. Aaron will be playing accompanying musical compositions that he created in tandem with his paintings during his unique artmaking process.
