Marina Holladay is a Ukrainian-born ceramicist who lives in Fresno. As the Russian invasion unfolds in her homeland, Holladay is using her connections to the local arts community to raise awareness, and money, for the people of Ukraine. Her handmade jewelry in the colors of the Ukrainian flag is available by donation at Scarab Creative Arts, Clay Mix and Root General in Fresno. She is also organizing a silent auction during the May 5th Art Hop at Scarab Creative Arts, featuring work by several local artists. The money raised during these events will go to Doctors Without Borders, Ukraine.

Kathleen Schock is the host of Valley Edition. In the show, Kathleen and the Valley Public Radio news team explore issues that matter to the residents of Central California through engaging conversations and in-depth reporting.
