The Keep America Beautiful campaign, established in 1953, has motivated communities to clean their neighborhoods, and those efforts are now expanding into the City of Fresno and Kern County. Also joining the conversation is Sandee Scott, co-founder of Keep Our Mountains Beautiful, which has been leading litter removal efforts in eastern Madera county for more than 15 years.
