New Ombudsman Training Class
There are nearly 10,000 seniors who live in long-term care facilities in Fresno and Madera counties, many of whom have no friends or family members to visit. Long-Term Care Ombudsmen volunteers make monthly, unannounced visits to facilities and advocate for the dignity, quality of life and quality of care for our vulnerable seniors. You can become a State Certified Ombudsman Representative and help make a difference.
