Arts Visalia Presents: Afterparty by Jesus Santa Cruz and Trans Magic by Arien Reed
October features the work of Jesus Santa Cruz and Arien Reed. Santa Cruz expresses the intersectionality of queer and Mexican American experiences through printmaking and ceramics. Reed creates mixed media portraits of trans individuals throughout history. The exhibitions run October 3 – 26, 2024. An opening reception will take place on Friday, October 4, 5 – 7:30PM. An Artist Talk with Jesus Santa Cruz will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2PM. An Artist Talk with Arien Reed will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2PM.
