Eugene Zumwalt

Eugene Zumwalt was forcibly deposed by Fresno State administrators when they led an armed takeover of the English department in 1970, amid anti-war movement tensions. In 2011, he read his memoir to KVPR chronicling the events of that year, a story of free speech, false allegations and the personal toll it took on his family.
