Turkey Confidential is The Splendid Table’s annual Thanksgiving show. Francis Lam takes calls and comes to the rescue of Thanksgiving cooks, kitchen helpers, and inner guests during the biggest cooking day of the year. Lighthearted, yet real world problem solving on the most cookingest day of the year. It’s a special with culinary guests answering your Thanksgiving Day meal questions.
For 2020, due to logistical restrictions based on the COVID-19 pandemic, Turkey Confidential will be a pre-produced two-hour program – and we are looking for questions for Francis and guests ahead of time! Please encourage listeners to send their Thanksgiving-related questions via voice memo, before November, to firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-537-5252.
