StarDate is the public education and outreach arm of the University of Texas McDonald Observatory. The short feature runs on almost 300 stations nationwide, including KVPR. It’s the perfect radio companion for fans of skywatching and anyone interested in astronomical events and space exploration. The Stardate website also offers astronomy resources to teachers, the media, and the public.
