This year Valley Public Radio presents eight broadcasts from last year’s 2014/2015 season of the Philip Lorenz Memorial Keyboard Concert Series. For 44 years, the series has brought some of the world’s most acclaimed pianists and organists to Fresno State for concert performances. Last year’s season featured a typically varied mix of artists, from familiar names like Garrick Ohlsson and Barry Douglas to new stars like 21-year-old Italian pianist Beatrice Rana. Join host David Aus for a special eight week series of broadcasts on Wednesday nights at 8:00 PM, beginning on November 4th.
