Registration begins at 8 a.m., the Opening Ceremony begins at 9 a.m., and the Walk starts at 9:30 a.m.

Bakersfield Museum of Art’s annual Via Arté Italian Street Painting Festival: Using the asphalt as canvas, spectators watch each year as artists unlock their imaginations creating amazing chalk masterpieces. This family-friendly event allows visitors to create their own masterpiece too.
