Mariposa Butterfly Festival
The Annual Mariposa Butterfly Festival will start with a lively parade on Main Street in Downtown Mariposa where highways 140 and 49 meet, Saturday May 6. On May 6 -7, the Mariposa County Fairgrounds will feature the Classic Car and Truck Show, Jurassic Mariposa (with giant dinosaurs and tarantulas), Habitat Row, artisans, skydiving, acrobatics, live music and food, plus thousands of butterflies you get to know.
