Fall Nature Walk at Ledger Island
Enjoy the cool fall weather on this nature walk at Ledger Island, while discussing the importance of riparian environments along the San Joaquin River and explore the historic oak grove on site and learn about the importance of Valley Oak trees and acorns to indigenous peoples. Walk may be up to 2 miles in length and last up to 1.5 hours. Please dress appropriately for a morning outdoors (long pants, closed-toed shoes) and bring a reusable water bottle.
