The Bakersfield College Social Justice Institute is hosting the first in-person Jess Nieto Memorial Conference since 2019, May 4-6, 2023 in both Bakersfield and Delano. All events are free and open to the public, made possible through partnerships with the Cesar Chavez Foundation, the Filipino American National Historical Society, and the Whiting Foundation.
