UPDATE: 1/20/21 - 12:15 PM- KVPR 89.3's HD-2 signal "KVPR Classical" is back on the air in the Fresno/Clovis area.

UPDATE: 1/20/21 - 11:00 AM - KVPR 89.3 FM's HD-2 signal, "KVPR Classical" is currently off-air due to complications from the recent public safety power shutoff. We hope to restore HD-2 service on FM 89.3 later this afternoon. You can continue to listen to KVPR Classical online via streaming at KVPR.org.

UPDATE 1/19/21 - 9:31 PM - KPRX 89.1 FM is back on-air in Kern County and will remain on backup generator power for the duration of the PG&E Public Safety Power Outage. We apologize for the inconvenience.

1/19/21 - 3:06 PM - Valley Public Radio's Kern County signal on FM 89.1 is currently off air due to the power shutoffs implemented by PG&E to prevent wildfires during recent high wind events. Our engineering team is working to resume our broadcasts on backup generator as soon as possible. Check back on this page for updates on this situation. Thanks for your patience.
