Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance Outreach Program
GBLA represents those who are unable or too afraid to speak for themselves either because of racial, economic, social, or legal barriers and consequently have become a statistic in a social and economic research. With 21 programs / projects, GBLA works to help individuals that are low-income and the elderly with a diverse range of services concerning civil rights, health and public benefits, housing, homelessness, and more.
