Next spring, construction is expected to start on the Dolores Huerta Peace and Justice Cultural Center in Bakersfield. In addition to being home to the Dolores Huerta Foundation, the 36,000 square foot complex will also include an amphitheater, child development center, art gallery, and community organizing training academy.
