Later in the program FM89 Reporter Rebecca Plevin interviews Dinuba native Manuel Munoz about his book ‘What You See in the Dark.” The interview is part of KVPR’s Book Club ‘Homegrown.’ The novel follows a director and actress who arrive in Bakersfield in the late 1950s to film a movie at a motel along the old Highway 99.
Ending the show, Moore speaks with Fresno Philharmonic Executive Director Stephen Wilson and local jazz singer Karen Marguth about the Fresno Philharmonic jazz inspired Home for the Holidays concert. The show takes place Saturday Dec. 7 at 7 p.m.
