This week on Valley Edition Reporter Ezra David Romero explores why Tulare County is considering red tagging drought stricken rental homes.Later we speak with Eric Eidlin on how German high speed rail compares to plans for California High Speed Rail. Eidlin is a regional policy fellow of the German Marshall Fund and works for the Federal Transit Administration. He is joined by Joe Matthews from Zocalo Public Square.

Evan Onstot with KSEE 24 joins the program to talk about his recent stories on California High Speed Rail as well as his news show.

Ending the program Jefferson Beavers with Fresno Filmworks joins the program to speak about the Fresno Film Festivalheld November 13-15.
