This week on Valley Edition Reporter Jeffrey Hess takes a look at a health care showdown between two Valley medical giants. We are also joined by Frédéric Martin, President of Alliance Francaise de Fresno, to speak about the region's response to the attacks in Paris. 

Later in the program KVPR Reporter Ezra David Romero visits the homeland of the extinct California Grizzly Bear to find out if another subspecies of grizzlies should be introduced back into the state. The Fresno Bee's John Ellisjoins the program as well to speak about Fresno mayoral candidates and other local politics. 

Ending the show, FM89's Ezra David Romero interviews world-renowned free climber Alex Honnold about his climbing history and his new book Alone on the Wall
