This week on Valley Edition FM89 reporter goes on a boating trip on Pine Flat Lake to find out how the El Nino and the aftermath of the Rough Fire could increasedebris and sediment flows in the lake. We also here from KVPR's Jeffrey Hess about medical marijuanalaws in the Valley. 

Later in the program we hear from journalist Tessa Stuart about her recent story detailing a ponzischeme that rocked the Tulare County dairy industry. We also chat with Bakersfield City Manager, Alan Tandy, about oil, budget cuts and more.
