The June Primary is almost here and one of the biggest local races shaping up is Congressional District 22, which includes parts of Bakersfield as well as Tulare, Hanford and Kettleman City. It’s currently held by Republican David Valadao whose main challenger is Democratic Assemblymember Rudy Salas.
