Ask The Medical Experts: Caregiving During COVID-19 is an hour and a half virtual workshop provided by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. As a caregiver it is important to take all the precautions in order to avoid becoming infected yourself, taking care of yourself and getting the help you need, while maintaining healthy behaviors, managing stress, and seeking extra support, especially during COVID-19.
