Biljana Urban

Strongly influenced by her work with Elisso Virsaladze, Tatiana Nikolaeva, and Eugen Indjic, Croatian-Dutch pianist Biljana Urban has appeared in such major venues as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Royal Monnaie Théâtre in Brussels, and Cité des Arts in Paris. In April 2010 she released a critically acclaimed recording of the piano works by her Czech-born grandfather, Jan Urban, on the Naxos label. She joined FM89's Joe Moore for an interview about her upcoming recital at Fresno State.
