Supporting Valley Public Radio

Valley Public Radio is your cultural connection to the world, enhancing the quality of your life and available whenever you want it. Keeping that door open to the rest of the world is a significant task, one we could not accomplish without your support and help.

Without you, we would not be able to provide the innovative, informative, stimulating and educational programming that you have come to expect. Nor would we be able to take advantage of opportunities to expand and strengthen our commitment to provide quality communication services to you, the listeners of the San Joaquin Valley.

Supporting Valley Public Radio

With your support Valley Public Radio will continue to be a leader in providing classical music, cultural arts, National Public Radio news, and innovative local programming.

There are a variety of ways you can join and support us in our mission.

The development and marketing of planned gift vehicles is currently taking place to ensure the future of Valley Public Radio. Options include bequests, endowments, charitable remainder trusts, gifts of securities, and more. Station management is happy to discuss these in confidence with interested parties.

  • Membership is a key first step. Our membership form will enable you to make a secure donation online as well as explain various gifts that enable us to say thank you for your support of Valley Public Radio.
  • Our Volunteer form enables you to indicate where your interests lie and when you would be available to help us. Our volunteers provide a valuable service, enabling us to do more, to extend our reach and to conserve our resources where possible.
  • Major and Planned Gifts ensure the future of Valley Public Radio. There are a variety of options that will provide needed resources for KVPR/KPRX and can also provide income for life for the donor (and a beneficiary if desired) as well as potential tax benefits. Above all, there is the joy of a secure future for Valley Public Radio.

Valley Public Radio has not yet reached its potential. Join us and enjoy the opportunity to make a difference in the valley and in peoples' lives.

Thank you for your support,

Mariam Stepanian
President and General Manager
